why the hell did this piece of sh1t gets a dub..and even more importantly why is the sub so bad?.. ffs there are chinese animations so much better than this. wth are they even thinking when doing projects like this? if y'all havent seen the chinese version better do that or not its not that great anyway.. idk why this pisses me of this much but it does :))

I can't watch chinese dubs because the chinese language triggers my fight or flight response. I'm assuming it's something like the uncanny valley effect except for sound instead of sight. either way I can't watch anything dubbed in chinese and the world doesn't have enough summoner anime so I'm happy about this.

I prefer the Japanese dub.... but it feels like the subs were done by HK subbers instead of the anime fansubbers.

well i kind of got used to chinese language but i still prefer japanese im much more used to it.. and yeah those subs are really bad

They fixed them.

They paused the subs during the intro song but the subs contain the lyrics, so subs are offset by the length of the intro song. That's why the first subs after the song when the episode actually starts is the lyrics.

The hack, Eng sub and Jap dub are all over the place. As much as i somewhat understand Japanese due to my Otaku Skill, this is still unbearable for someone who listen and read at the same time.

Finally found a Chinese anime with decent graphics, but it has shit subs with it being out of sync. I just wished they can get the two right.

you havent searched well enough friend.. this is mediocre at best. if you dont like the 3d ones like Fanren xiu, Duopo Changlong, perfect world,swallowed star or throne of seal maybe something like a will eternal would be more up your alley.. there are others worth mentioning but im not that good with names. but if you're really interested i can look them up

well chinese animations are mostly cultivation stories with few exceptions.. they have lots of tropes and repetitive content but some are very well made. i find cultivation stories very similar to isekai stories.. some more literal than others. There are plenty that are really good tho. Ofc its a matter of taste but even if ppl are different i cant imagine anyone not liking Fanren Xiu. Another very nice one is Zi Chuan (purple river) its mot a cultivation story.. more like a military political one..quite interesting

I try to watch chinese series but everytime i fail because of the most cringy mc and storyline. This one hits both plus the most cringe animation style. Damn why cant i just like these chinese shit. I quit this one 4 min in.

What the hell the Japanese audio isn't the same as the English subs they just copied and paste whatever they said in the Chinese version on subs lol that is just weird , like who those who know japanese know the words don't match the subs

modern background art quality, modern sound quality, early 2000s character art quality. literally just go watch a regular anime then....but one thing ill never dog on is the quality of the backgrounds done by the cn crowd that and concept/promotional art. will always be top teir.

Seems like the syncer thought the subs didn't include the intro lyrics or something so they started them after the intro, but the subs do in fact contain the lyrics so is out of sync by the length of the intro which is in fact around 2 mins

i was going to rewatch it but seeing the state of the subs im skipping it. My hopes were that maybe they'll continue the story further and yeah to my ears japanese does sound better and i can actually understand it to some extent after so many years of hearing it.. i have too much free time and not enough things to watch anyway
